Refund conditions

If for any reason You decide to refuse the purchased product, you can do so in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "on consumer protection" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1.

The product can be returned if the following conditions are met:

Return of the product of proper quality.

The customer has the right to refuse the ordered Product at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the Product-within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

The return Of a product of good quality is possible if its commercial appearance, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved.

The customer does not have the right to refuse a Product that has individually defined properties, if the specified Product can only be used by the customer purchasing it.

If the Customer refuses the goods of proper quality, the Seller must return the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than 10 days from the date of the consumer's submission of the corresponding claim.
